Expo 2026

PAPA Expo 2026 registration will open April 1st.
- PAPA UAA Chapter members may be eligible for a special discounted ticket. More information to be released in the coming weeks.🎟 Otherwise, general ticket registration will be available through the PAPA website:
- All PAPA members receive discounted ticket prices.
- Members under 23 years old are eligible for Student pricing.⏰ Requesting time off:
- CFIs must request PTO per UAA employee policies.
- Students will use the Absence Request Form to request time off. More information will be available as soon as UAA clarifies their policies.🏨 Travel and accommodations:
Hotel blocks at Westgate are available at discounted rates (see website for official information and recommendations). We recommend carpooling and booking rooms together!đź’¬ Expo Group Chat:

Scholarships

--> The PAPA Spring scholarship window OPENED March 15, 2026 and CLOSES March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PSTPer the Student Catalog:
To be eligible for a scholarship, applicants must be admitted to United Aviate Academy, be a member of the organization presenting the scholarship, and complete the scholarship application process through the organization’s website. All applicants are eligible to participate in the various scholarship programs. Each scholarship program determines the amount they will contribute towards students’ tuition and if determined eligible, program fees. These include full and partial scholarships to be used at UAA for tuition-related expenses only.Additional Scholarships/Deadlines:

  • PAPA UAA Mentorship Program

  • Official Membership Perks - Networking, Discord community, social events, pilot mentor, and more!

  • Study Groups - Join us at LPA and/or OBAP's study groups, on Mondays and Wednesdays respectively!

  • WAI UAA Library - Located in the briefing area in Building 104, a shared library offers students the option to borrow aviation related books. Some of the titles that are available are the Oral Exam guides for various certificates and ratings, FAA handbooks, Jeppesen study guides, along with many others. The books are housed in the gray standing cabinet. When you are interested in checking out a book, scan the QR code located on the cabinet door and type in your name and book title in the checkout form. After you are done with the book, return it to the basket in the bottom of the cabinet. To ensure that resources are available for all students, please return books no later than two weeks after checking them out. If you have any questions regarding the library, contact Dani Crowley or Erin Besaw.

The goal of our Chapter Mentorship program is to connect you with another chapter member who you can lean on for support, friendship, and/or advice.Our mentorship program is open to all PAPA UAA members (regardless of whether you are a paying PAPA member), so we encourage everyone to fill it out and meet someone new!If you are interested in becoming a 🙆 mentor and/or a 🙇 mentee, sign up below:
